Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days free, no card required. You only enter payment details if you decide to subscribe.
What are the AI cleanups?
AI cleanups read a receipt photo or forwarded email and pull out the vendor, total, VAT and date for you. The £4.99 monthly plan includes 20 cleanups every month; the annual plan and the unlimited add-on remove that cap.
Is the annual plan cheaper than monthly?
Yes. £85 / year works out at about £7.08 / month and includes unlimited AI cleanups — cheaper than £4.99 + £2.99 monthly (£95.76 / year).
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing in one click. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Do you support HMRC mileage rates?
Yes. UK rates (45p / 25p for cars and vans, 24p motorcycles, 20p bicycles) are built in by default and editable.
Will my data be exportable?
Always. Export your expenses and mileage to CSV, Excel or PDF at any time — on every plan.
